Bar Payment Options

Host’s Bar

You pay for all of the drinks throughout your event.

A minimum spend threshold will be set and a contingency deposit will be required prior to your event, this will vary depending on your chosen drink’s menu and guest numbers. We keep a running tab throughout your event so you will always know your costs

Tipple Token Bar

You choose how many Tipple Tokens you give to each guest.

Tipple Tokens are bought and paid for in advance at an agreed reduced price per token
Additional Tipple Tokens can be bought during your event at the standard drinks price per token
Double spirits = 2 Tipple Tokens
Unused Tipple Tokens are non-refundable

Guest Bar

Your guests pay for their own drinks throughout the event.

A minimum spend threshold will be set and a deposit will be required prior to your event. This will vary depending on your chosen drink’s menu and guest numbers.
If the minimum spend is met, you will receive a full refund.
If the minimum spend is not met, the shortfall will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

Go Dutch Bar

You subsidise the drinks pricelist by paying half of each drinks price.
Your guests pay for their own drinks at an enjoyable half price throughout the event

You pay an agreed amount in advance
A running tab is kept throughout your event
Once your agreed subsidised total is reached drinks prices will be charged at full price or an additional subsidised payment can be paid to keep “going Dutch”

Staffed Bar

You hire our Rustic Bar.
You supply your own drinks and at least two Tipple Technicians will serve you.

This hire is for the bar structure only
A refundable deposit will be required

Dry Bar

You hire our Rustic Portable Bar.
You supply and serve your own drinks.

This hire is for the bar structure only
A refundable deposit will be required
